New for 2011-2012 Season.
Woodbury Ski Area Kicks of the 2011 2012 Winter Season!
This summer we have redesigned the slopes in an effort to make the experience at Woodbury safer and more enjoyable for our customers. We value our customers and have actively followed through on implementing customers suggestions. Our main priority this summer has been to make the terrain safer, so that you can enjoy your day of fun.
Woodbury Ski Area is one of the first and largest tubing parks in New England.
There are a total of 14 unique tubing chutes in three separate parks, all redesigned
with different features including bumps and turns. There are tubing runs for
beginners through advanced tubers. All tubing areas now have lights for night
tubing.
The new tubing lodge on the east side is now a full service lodge including
made-to-order food, group parties, birthday celebrations, restrooms, ticket
sales, lockers and first aid.
Our learn to ski and snowboard programs have a newly expanded terrain with a
dedicated magic carpet and rope tow. We have hired a world class group of instructors
and lift operators to ensure your experience will be safe, fun and that you
will take home new skills no matter what level you come to us with.
The terrain park has been relocated to give more room and length to the jumping
area. There are two new jumps to accommodate the beginner and expert jumper.
Numerous rails, grinds, and fun boxes have also been added for this season.
Woodbury Ski Area has purchased a brand new state-of-the-art 2011 Prinoth snow
groomer to make fabulous corduroy on the trails which adds to an exceptional
snowmaking system that has also been upgraded.
New full service lodge with snack bar and ticket sales.
