Woodbury Ski Area is planning to open the 2010-2011 ski season Sunday November 7, 2010. Weather and temperature permitting, Woodbury Ski Area will begin to make snow Saturday November 6th for the Grand Opening Day, Saturday 10 am – 10 pm. The ski area will be open Sunday 9:30 am – 9 pm and through the week 12 pm – 9 pm.

The ski area will have two lifts running and the new Terrain Park will be open with a newly constructed 20 foot jump, various grinds, rails, boxes, and c-boxes. Lessons will be available. There will be a small area available for tubing as well.

Come to Woodbury Ski Area December 5th for Hanukkah on the slopes a fund raiser for Habad of Litchfield County.

Woodbury Ski Area will be hosting a teen organized snowboard competition with prize money on December 11th.
